Reiney is an experienced trainer and facilitator who can effectively deliver content and education around racial equity and justice. She does the bulk of her racial equity training & education work through the Racial Equity Institute and the Groundwater Institute.

Reiney works with organizations seeking to reduce racial disparities in their work, particularly those committing to a movement-minded approach with shared language and understanding of historical and structural racism.
